PAYMENT METHODS:
No paypal? No problem! Even without a paypal account, you can pay by credit or debit card via paypal. And it's easy! :) When you go to pay, click on the link on the left hand side of the paypal page to pay by credit or debit without an account and then follow the steps. Of course, I accept paypal too!
DELAYED/NON-PAYMENT ISSUES:
I require immediate payment for all items. If you would like an item, but need to wait a bit on payment, please contact me prior to checking out - we should be able to work something out. Orders will be canceled after one day if payment has not been received.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
For items that are made to order, payment is requested once you have received confirmation that your item is finished and ready to ship.
FEEDBACK:
Regarding Feedback, I always appreciate when a buyer takes the time to let me know their response to the item they purchased from me, and generally, I wait to receive their feedback before leaving my own.

International Customs/Duty are the responsibility of the buyer.
I am an honest business woman, and will ship out your item, well packaged, in a timely manner. I will also take whatever reasonable measures I can to ensure that you package arrives safely. If there is an overage of shipping costs, I will, of course, refund the difference.

I am very sorry to report that my wonderful US customers are currently experiencing a wait time of up to 6 weeks to receive their products. This is due to changes in US customs procedures implemented around the end of November, and are, sadly, nothing that I have control over. Please be assured, I send out packages in a very timely manner!

Of course, you may use them for yourself, family, friends, gifts, and charity (either given to charity or sold to make money to give to charity). Items made from my patterns may also be sold for profit provided that, if credit is given, it is given to my company, Ann Parri Design, with my website www.thehappycrocheter.com.
If being sold on Etsy, the listing must include:

Care Instructions: Please do not put your lovingly crocheted item in the washing machine! Spot clean, or hand wash if necessary, and lay flat to dry.
Each of my handmade crochet items have been created in a smoke-free environment, but we do have one kitty in our home.
REGARDING CUSTOMIZED FORMS - IMPORTANT!
I have had this issue come up more than once now, is it is necessary to make a policy. If you purchase a customized form from me, and pay promptly, but do not provide customization preferences, nor respond to communiques asking for customization preferences (I generally send a convo immediately, and if I do not hear back from the convo, I send an email.) , I will not do anything further to chase you down. After one week, I will send you a generic/non-customized version of the form you requested, and unless/until I hear back from you at a later time requesting your custom changes, I will consider the transaction finished.
